How to use this form and add your signature to Outlook:
  1. Fill in your personal and company information in the form fields.
  2. Click CREATE to generate your signature preview.
  3. Click SELECT to highlight the generated signature.
  4. Press Ctrl+C (or Cmd+C on Mac) to copy the signature.
  5. Save your Signature in Outlook Online (https://outlook.office.com/mail/):
    • Go to Settings > Account > Signatures.
    • Paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) the signature into the signature editor.
    • Save your changes.
How to find your LinkedIn Profile link:
  • Go to https://www.linkedin.com/ and log in.
  • Click on your profile picture or your name at the top to go to your profile page.
  • Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar (it will look like https://www.linkedin.com/in/yourname/).
  • Paste this link into the Personal LinkedIn field in the form.
